As a coach/consultant figuring out exactly where teams are skillwise can be a bit of a challenge. I came up with this idea of a Skills Pyramid to describe how teams grow. What do you think?
Stefan Lemmens put me onto this book a few months ago in response to a review I wrote of the original GOF Design Patterns Book. He remarked that is was much more approachable and he was right. While I still find value in the original GOF book, I think this book is a much better choice for beginners.
When you first see Gitflow, it can be overwhelming. there seems to be a lot going on. Luckily SourceTree has an integrated solution that makes it much easier.
